As  the man who insisted we keep the mighty awesome Baraboo location on our schedule  -now  I have to get my self up there to do it.  SO-  as of today  I plan  to be there  this Sat and Sun  ,,I have  Kyle committed to help    ,we could use  a few more people,  I stopped on the way to MN  NATC   and   it  is   the place where  undergrowth grows 100 x s  faster than you want - so  a bunch of weed eating is needed.  I know  they have  pretty good chances for rain  all weekend  and  it is going to be hot  humid  probably buggy and  wet  so  it may be  we don't get half as much done  as planned.  That will leave  a lot of work for Thursday the 27th  to be done  for  the Langes  ,Kevin, and whoever else can come,  cheers

I'll be up Friday the 28th with my grandson, coming up even if I don't get my GG brakes sorted out so he can see an event, I'll bring brush clearing tools.

I’m at my daughters softball tournament all day today and tomorrow morning. But might be able to come out for a bit tomorrow afternoon. Will anyone be out there?

Glad   to report  even with   the continuation of monsoon season  Myself  and  a nice crew  do have  8  well laid sections ready to rip at the  famous Lazy Daisy Baraboo  mega trial location   Saturday  from 2 30 to almost 6     I had help from Kyle Hatch  ,  new Guy  Spencer S    , Eddie P  and Doug hay  did  5  complete all rides  then packed up  soaking wet Then sunday since it  wasn't Pouring at daybreak  I told Kyle I could be there by 10  so we got  2.5 hst  in  setting 3 more.   A local newbie   ?  Weber  came out  and weed eated  a bit  before  his kids got restless and  needed  a change of pace-  and  I heard  Keith Johnson  may have been there  early Sat  ,didn't see him  but  did see  lots of the loop had been eaten     there  are  a few down trees on loop  pretty small and ez  to  move  when  a chain sawyer  is  handy.  We used  all the upland  dry rocks  what spots are left are mainly the slimy creek-  it  is  slick  green  and black ice.    I  know  2 or 3  of  already made ones would reverse  pretty  quickly for Sunday if we  run out of good spots for 8  total more.   Kyle  plans to go Thursday after work  I will go back  Friday at the latest  most likely mid Thursday  cheers hope  things can turn drier   , today heavy storms followed me  home   -  in first 5 minutes  I saw  a very  shortened mini van  that was rear ended  in  bad accident and  all kinds of rescue

Yup, that was me. It was good to meet you and Kyle. Would have liked to hang out and chat more - but I only had a couple of hours to spare on Sunday.

I was a little concerned with all that rain that I might not make it back out of the staging area and really didn't want to tear up the farmer's land. Next time, I'll park where you guys did - and leave the kids at home.

I'm getting off work at 11 Friday morning now and planning to head straight to baraboo. Be there around 12 or 1230 to help Noel and Jamison. Don't think I'll be up Thursday evening now
