Just so everyone is on the same page, here in Wisconsin the colored arrows go like this for each class
Champ line=red arrow with a white back ground
Expert line=black arrow with a orange back ground
Advanced line=blue arrow with a white back ground
Intermeadate line=green arrow with a white back ground
Novice line=black arrow with a white back ground
Youth line may be yellow from now on up to the people!
