Hi   if there is a need or interest for the year end event in Elkhorn  I have been thinking  of Oct 18 th as a better day  as v.s.  the  31 st   or nov 1st  as the longer we wait the more chance of cold sloppy conditions.  So  we need some feedback if that date works out  for those interested in  a stadium style bike bash.?   Noel

I don't think I will be around the weekend of the 18th.  The following two weekends would work for me though.

Mason and I could do the 18th weekend or the 24th weekend.  The last weekend is out for us - we are in southern IL riding down in Shawnee NF.

If you need any help setting up, we could come out sometime before.

17 - 18th works better for me. MMC has a Dual Sport event in Cross Plains that I'm working on the 24th.
I'm really interested in making the meeting portion of the day, as we need to set up dates for the 2010 season.
We sanction the events on the 14th of November. Shocked
Don't forget that the Awards Banquet is November 14th as well at the Kalahari Resort.

Remember that this is the official meeting of the WOTA members. We vote in officers, rules and we set the trials schedule for 2010. We also review the financial status of the club.
Don't forget Wild Bill's Chili usually makes an appearance at this meeting as well. This alone brings people back year after year.
Noel, Is the feed a WOTA deal or a Smage deal? We could ask for people to bring a dish to pass if it helps. Just an idea.
See you there!

Hi all Wota members!   I would like to make a point of saying that it is very important that you all try HARD to make it to this MEETING /EVENT,  being that it is of the up most importance that all voices be heard!!! Voting for officers!!!! Mark Doll has asked that a new president be voted in, he has been blessed with it for some time and would like a break. We all should show great interest in voting for a president that we are comfortable with and the rest of our officers that handle all of our complaints and needs during the year,AND!!!!! PLEASE bring Your thoughts about what you would like to see changed and or improved in WOTA for the next year! It is important that ALL MEMBERS have a say in what is to come.
We REALY need to get More MEMBERS INVOLVED IN  setting up events to help spread the work load! (1 weekend of help) during set up of an event goes along way to getting it done, with that said we need new blood and new idea's too, new people setting up will bring new challenges to all our skills in riding! I think all upper class men should take part in setting up at least one event this next year. everyone has a different idea and that is a good thing when you are looking for new things to improve your riding skill!!! lets hear all your thoughts and idea's PLEASE ALL,,, MAKE A EFFORT TO BE THERE!!!!!!!! EVEN IF YOU DON'T RIDE!

Yes of course  a few extra plates of food wont  hurt as there are usually a dozen non WOTA  non trials bums that my kids or I know that  wouldnt mind some grub also.  Hey since there isnt any alterations to the main page of the site to promote this important event I wonder if I could get some feedback as to how many people may know the  final date chosen.     thanks  a bit   Noel
