Inverness, Illinois - Trial update Saturday 26thHello Everyone,
The Party is shaping up, and sections are looking good!!
I have been nervously watching the weather every day, the chance of rain fortunately has gone down from 50% to 30%, and that will be in the morning. I am not foreseeing any weather related problems.
Looking for riders, could use about 10 more. Currently we have 15 confirmed. can you spread the word?
We are short on a few items:
Can I get some volunteers??
Canopy
Chairs
Scorecards
Munchies before the meal?? (Nancy L. is bringing desert)
Kids games for outside?

Trial starts at 12pm, Mexican catered food comes out at 4pm. Party till?
Upon arrival an throughout the event...
Parking will be on the lawn, driveway, and on the street ONLY on our lot side. (will have parking manager directing)
No running bikes in the front of the house or the street (please push behind the house)
Riders to sign releases.
Stay within the lot line.
