Meeting March 21 or 22nd. We can meet at a restaurant in Madison like Buffalo Wild Wings on Monona Drive.
Input on which day and what time needed. Let me know which and I'll make arrangements at the restaurant.
All Trialsmasters must attend along with WOTA Officers.
Thanks,  Jorge

March 21st would be better for me.  I will likely be out of town on March 22nd.

March 21 is good for me. Mark D. said he can make it any day.

The date is set for March 21st. I'll call Jim V and let him know.
We still need Dan C, Homer W, Noel S, and anyone else that you can think should be there.
How does noon sound for the time?
I'll contact the restaurant and post the address.

The Buffalo Wild Wings on Monona Dr in Monona.
I spoke with the restaurant and they were unsure if that was March Madness weekend, so it may be crowded as all restaurants in Madison will be.
Does anyone know if it is?

The BWW said they would welcome us but I will need to get there early to get the tables. No problem.
Are we ok with the fact that it could be a little noisy there? If not, I can try something else.

Since we will be spending much of our time discussing and planning trials event issues, I'm thinking noise would be a problem.

Is there a place with a back-room we could use?  I know the Madison Motorcycle Club used to meet at a bar with a back-room.  Can't remember the name, but it was along the belt-line also, down by Fish Hatchery Road.  But maybe a bar wouldn't be open earlier in the day?

What about the Madison Public Library?  Looks like there are 4 different branches with small conference rooms, and use of the rooms is free for non-profit community organizations... someone would just have to put in a Meeting Room Application for WOTA.  http://www.madisonpubliclibrary.org/about/meetingroom.pdf

The library policy page is here:  http://www.madisonpubliclibrary.org/about/meetingroom.html

We used Alt & Bach's, Tully's 2, and now the Coliseum Bar. I'll check with them and get back.
