I spoke with Noel at Baraboo and he said yes, but no date set yet.
We need to have a WOTA meeting prior th the Sanction Meeting Nov 8th to set 2009 Schedules.
Is Jim Altemus going to represent WOTA at the meeting?
Dave Schigoda has agreed to replace me as the D 16 Trials Referee for 2009.  Cry
If there is a problem with that, let me know ASAP.

Yes we need to get on this to set a date   ,Jorge remind me which  date is the least good.  this year our harvest will be  a bit delayed but we need to keep it in Oct. for a slightly better shot at decent weather.   Lets  get some feed back  about potentially Oct 25th?HuhHuhHuh?

There's a NITRO event at Wapello, IA, on the 26th.  Might that affect attendance if you go with the 25th?  Maybe the weekend before, Oct 18, would be better?  No NITRO event that weekend.

I'm out of town the weekend of the 18th.
The 25th works for me.

25th is good for me. Gives me more practice time!
I probably can make the sanction meeting too.

So is the 25th a solid date?  Can I post it on the home page?

I  talked with Mark Doll  and we  talked about the 26th  because my wife is in Devils Lake Saturdy  and Phil  is planning on a Green Bay Pitbike race Saturday so we were hoping Sunday would be ok with most riders , doubting  too many will travel to Iowa,  N*-oel

Jim,Jim   you dont need an extra day to practice you need and extra day to secure  a decent motorbike.  I have  several good choices =if you want to stay with a low output horsepower bike  that you seem to relish, I have a 2001, 290 that is sort of soft ,or go with an 09 125 and put a 200 kit on for  about $7000   if you are ready for a bike that can spin the rear wheel and have some fun on the loop. Philbrick has an 05 ,290  or Craigs 07 ,290 for $4700 or Pats comp only 08 for $5200  probably( need to ask Ryan)  /    The EX  could cosist of a trials bike only class and then a MX/EX only class  maybe a prize or maybe pool cash or maybe give a lousy bottle of beer like the bozos in Minnesota .But since we arent charging $150 for rider/minder maybe 1/2  a can of beer is more appropriate.

Is the endurocross open for people who aren't riding the trial?  I know someone who maybe interested.

Yes  ,but there wont be  a lot of free riding space available while the trials is going on( I dont like the noise  and risk) so as long as they understand it is not  a fre for all funpark bring them out.  It is not an AMA  event or even  a WOTA sanctioned ride  so we will have releases to sign and go at it.  Gate trial from 12 to 3  then EX at 3;30     Pizza by 4;30
