Dust off those Trials bikes, and whip up some fresh pre-mix - our first D-17 Wisconsin points paying event is 8 days away, in Gilberts, Illinois (northwest of Chicagoland).

I understand that Nitro will be setting up the event this Saturday and Sunday, and would welcome anyone who can lend a hand.

It was a light turnout at Gilberts yesterday.  Brian Moessen, Dave Schigoda, Matt Tucker and I were the only D16 riders that I spotted there.  The conditions weren't all that bad either.  A little cold until you got riding and warmed up, but not nearly as muddy as I thought it might be.

Thanks to Nitro for the great event.

I was thinking about going, but the iffy weather and gas at over $3 a gallon, I just didn't want to spend $100 to ride a trials.  Gas prices are starting to effect where I go for fun. Cry
