Suggest a WOTA member cell phone list

In order to beter handle our communications in the field, we should assemble a WOTA member cell phone list, print it out, and keep it in our cars/trucks/trailers, and also program it into our cell phones.  This would enable us to make the best decisions possible in the field, under most circumstances.
