Door County Trials June 6 & 7. 2020

The governor of Wisconsin has issued a stay-at-home order until May 26, 2020, to deal with the COVID -19 pandemic.  The AMA District 16 Board of Directors caution that we must comply with all federal, state and local guide lines.
Please watch our Facebook site and website www.wisconsintrials.org for updates
Should we be able to host these events, the Trialsmaster, Ryan Gustafson, request you comment if you would be competing.  We would like to get an idea of the number of riders that would be present.
Thank you,

Sadly, we will not be having the Trials event in Door County on June 6,7.  It was a hard decision even with the state no longer having their safer at home order.  Door County has decided not to issue an order but are requesting that everyone follow the guidelines that were set out by the state.  Those guidelines would be very hard to meet by a Trials event, especially with the very small congested pits area at Door County where everyone usually camps.  In addition there was no feedback from our request in the WOTA web page forum to find who was interested in attending, and the facebook event posting only had a couple people enter that they would go.  Some other feedback from riders found reluctance to attend at this time.  There is still a chance we could reschedule, but will wait to see how things progress.  Otherwise, we will return next year.
