WOTA Rule Book

I have drafted a rule book for WOTA.  District 16 would like us to publish the rules.  All other venues have rules on the District 16 web page.   The only thing I've found in our records is a set written in 1976, very outdated, no-stop rules with vintage bikes and different class structure.  I would like to discuss any changes at our WOTA meeting at Black River Falls.  I have attached a copy for review before the meeting.
