I really get   a bad rap,  I know the first year  I had some looney stuff up on top that scared  a few advanced guys ,but lately with the Huber influence we have  done  a great job keeping it sane-just look at  scores through the last few years.  They have  been largely right where you want them. Now    I save only the ridiculous stuff for Brad  ,Luke and the like. Only champ stuff is nuts  .  On  a side note  it turns out  I am trialsmaster for Baraboo- rather than letting it go,as it is  way too good of a place to stop using.  That means 5  of the WOTA  rounds are under my control.  Hopefully people wont decide to go elsewhere  where  you don't have sweet, challenging terrain   .Think(flattest state in the union)  as   a way to preserve bike and body.  We will have  normal people helping set up-   and making sure its all good.  Since no one  has ever embraced  the tri state or 4 state  regional series  I may just whip up  a year end trophy for the winner  of each class ,at year end for those who rode all 5 of my comps. I think number of people injured is no higher at the rock than say  rock creek or Polo  .

U are taking this way too seriously Noel.  It was just a jab at humor with an outrageous comparison.
PS,  I Am not hearing complaints about Mauston and certainly didn't intend to complain about any event.

Im reacting not over reacting  .While Kevin has done  a great job  and has  been involved deeply at many events  ,I believe he will be out with shoulder repairs  ,so   I am kind of  taking  a load off of him. Now  I am going to be very gratuitous to all who come and help me  ,and of course the more work time put in the better enjoyed the trials coming should be. Last weekend  I had help from Paul Philbrick-we spent  a few hours cleaning up the area between this falls  6  and 7 I think it  was . Then Sunday  pat  and Dave were up and we did discover  a few  high ditches  where runoff  made  a few  rocky ravines that might be nice to add something besides my 3rd gear all do or die attacks at walls and steps. I intend to make  a bit more ziggy zag and technical style routes. Tricky but not as frightful.  cheers.
