If anyone has some experience with these forks , could you please PM me. I have some issues to try and resolve, but not looking good for me to make next weekend.

Thanks.

On the compression side I have 2 springs with a spacer between them, lower spring is shorter. I broke that lower spring....which isn't shown on any of the Marzocchi fork parts diagrams that I have come across.....

So I am a bit confused on what spring I will need......There isn't a lot of good info on these forks online, and as I understand it, parts are not being made anymore

I would start here.....  http://www.trialspartsusa.com/index.html they are called Rising Sun Imports.....I would call and talk to them. They are the main importer of all Gas Gas parts in the USA. The website has a lot of tech info also.  http://www.lewisportusa.com/ is also a big parts supplier and may have what you need.

Rising Sun is on the Ill , Ind. boarder and can get the parts out to you very fast if they have them. They are in the eastern time zone......if you call them Tues. morning and they have them, they will ship the same day. I go thru them for all he parts for my Gas Gas.  good luck hope this helps.

I did get everything sorted out, parts are on the way....supposed to be here Thursday so I am trying to carve some time out Thursday night..... or it will be more last minute on Friday night....

Noel- It happened at Ottawa event, broken spring ends "threaded" together so I ended up with about 3/4" -1" gap from the top of the spring spacer to the fork cap.... which clunked annoyingly every time you lifted the front wheel and set it down....Not to mention it became very soft up front.

I will get there this weekend one way or another, I have an offer to borrow a bike also if I run into any problems.
