anyone get the district 16 membership cards?. i applied quite awhile ago and havnt received them yet

Yes, I got mine, yours should be there soon.  As the Referee, I get a list of who has signed up for District 16 and you and William are on the list, so you are good, even if the card doesn't come this week.

I sent my check in December...cleared the bank in February....haven't received a card Huh
