Hi,  its less than a month until the first round of W.O.T.A.s   prestigious championship series . I  as  host  am honored for the first time to also be hosting  a point payer for the U.M.T.A. group as well. The date does clash with  a little project known as the N.A.T.C. Mototrial series, but with the birth of  a separate East and West crown for support classes we may not lose  a lot of riders to that. On to my point-  I understand  that my mainstay setup helpers may be needing  time off due to  the  big  TTC  training days  trip. So I am  desperately begging  some  new  or  locales who are not  doing  the Tennessee event to   promise  a day or two of helping out.  I will plan to  get some work done the 10th -12th  . The closing on the new 22.25 acres is  this April 3rd,so I have not  opened up  a clear  riding loop,or done any raking where  probably 4 brand new sections go.  This new terrain is all South side of bluff  so no problem with snow or frost  . I was up riding  a bit  last weekend  and  the leaves  are  way  slippery,so   ALL spots to  house sections will need  massive raking. Post here  or call 262 325 3554  when you  know what timing will be good to get out  and help make this  a  great contest.    I am understanding  Kevin will  plan to be at Mauston the  17th and 18 th to help  finish up and of course if  spring  decides to  show up  we may get some  early arrivals to camp, play ride and  rake  also. We have  plenty of wood for  bon fires,  no launch bike as of yet,  (anyone  have  an old beater?)   New land has bigger and clearer bluffs  if  we find  a bike--- Thanks, Noel

Dave R  will be practicing for his shot it  the Senior Expert title and I will be riding some    and  clearing   the  big  rock wall  for the best section ever to be ridden in Wisconsin long history. Be part of it come out  and  blaze  a new loop  . Andy?  Jim   ? Mullarkeys? Ken Koch?  anyone/ weather wont suck]]]]]]

Don't think I would be much help but hope you can get enough volunteers to make a big dent in the project.  And I would encourage member to help, they have an obligation to the club.  Noel, enjoy your Easter and I will see you on the 18th.

Got Dave S  coming hopefully this weekend, and  Ed Pohleber  could  show up Sunday.  Still hoping for some bodies Sat and Sun this weekend. I will probably start with rough boundaries and plating  and leave  leave blowing  and loop clearing go until  the 17,18th

For sure  we will welcome even bearded ,potentially homeless types.  NEED help 4 sure .I have set entire trials up  100% on my own b 4  but that was   a gate trial in Elkhorn woods  where  there was no loop and no clearing.

I have  a pair of sharp chainsaws and  a flexy steel leaf rake  may be  splurging for  a killer  backpack leaf blower but will be pissed if leaves don't blow when too wet. Anyway  mostly bring stout rake and possibly chain saw  as  they are best not loaned out, kind of like a motorcycle that way.
