Jim V. Has already started at Mt. Road.  I plan on getting there and work on Saturday and Sunday July 12 and 13.  If anyone can come to help, please join us..  I will be staying there all that week to finish things.  I  will update setup progress on the forum.

Sounds like Jim Voigtlander is making great progress and may not need much help.  Will keep up with his progress, but I may just make a day trip the Saturday before the event.

hello, things are going good so far, BUT could use some help with some raking in the sections and there is some weed eating to do yet. I have some NEW sections this year that have not been use yet and a few that are half new! LOL! I am trying to find more new stuff that we can ride, I have arrows going up already I could use the help of a champ for those sections but other wise it is looking like I should be done before the event!!! Smiley I will be out there this fri after 9 am all day mostly and this sat all day! I should have a good handle on ribbons and arrows but need the help cleaning the lines alittle better going to try and get Jim Mente to help me move some BIG trees and some rocks! if it stops raining!

Sounds like the main help Jim will need on Saturday is raking and a little weed and small branch trimming.  If anyone comes Saturday, bring a rake or leaf blower to use.  If you bring a bike, remember that nobody is allowed to ride the sections before the event (exception is that the Trials Master may test sections and may ask upper class rider to test lower class sections)

Oops, it turns out that I am not available to assist this weekend.   Tongue

Question -
Can folks come out and camp on the Mt Road site the night before the event?

Will be at Mountain Road Wednesday afternoon and will be finishing up things Thursday and Friday.  Should be a good event with many new sections.
