What time are we starting the Mauston event. If it is 10 am then I would question why event would need tobe done in 4 hours.

The start and end times listed on the home page were agreed on at one of our club meetings, but, as stated the Trials Master can change if needed.  The Sunday times were more for 2 day events, where everyone is already there Saturday and can start earlier on Sunday.  The shorter time on Sunday was to allow people to get home that live farther away, so we would use the longer sections Saturday and use the shorter ones Sunday.  For a one day event, these ideas may not apply as well.  If you want to start at 10:00 and give 5 hours instead of 4, that will be OK, we just need to let others know what to expect.

If you end up adjusting the Start time, please also let us know what is meant by "Start".  Is it the start of the riders meeting, or the start of the ride?  Thanks.

Since it is early in the season, we may get fewer campers than usual, so people will be headed to Mauston on Sunday morning.

A compromise of sorts would be  a 10 oclock end of signup and start of riders meeting with event to start at end of meeting. A typical riders meeting that goes over a few things and passes out cards  will not take over 15 minutes.Any other business can be discussed at trophy time  asfar as heads up on next event and who might be helping setup  .Or just leave it as it is posted it doesnt matter a lot to me  just maybe should post what it will be

Everything we posted and sent out so far has Sunday riders meeting 9:30 and start event at 10:00.  We should stick to that since there is little time before the event.   Saving announcements and other information for after the event would not be as effective since many do not stay for trophy time.

OK     got it  .  Have trophies  done except for any sticker to explain what it is.   Do think Champ will need 1 0r 2  awards, exp 2 or 3  and the rest of classes 3 or more  ,I have 15 .

Sounds good to me.
