Annual Meeting

What to ask you when you would like to have our annual meeting.  Let me know if you would want it at Black River Falls or at the fun ride at Mountain Road, Oct 27.  Or any other ideas.  Suggestions welcome.

I would prefer BRF as the Annual Meeting location, only because it fits my schedule better.

Annual meeting, Fun Ride, Wood Cutting.

We are making plans and need input.  We will be having a Wood Cutting day at Baraboo Mountain Road to help the Mente's on Saturday October 26th.  Then on Sunday October 27th we will have our annual meeting combined with a fun day of riding.  Judy is making Beef Stew and biscuits for Saturday and WOTA would supply Pizza on Sunday.  Everyone is welcome to show up Saturday or Sunday or BOTH days.  Looking for suggestions as to what type of fun ride people want.  Just play around in the woods, gate trials, other suggestions? Thinking of Sunday lunch/meeting around 12:30 with riding time available before and after."

Yes, need more input.  Want to know where we would have the largest turnout.  We could even have it at my home if members want to come to Iowa.  Think I have received more positive responses about Mountain Rd than Black River Falls.  Don't want anyone thinking I'm not trying to be considerate to everyone's wants.  We need a  new secretary and treasurer voted in.  Also if anyone interested let me know. 

From the feedback I've received, I have decided to proceed with the original plans for the annual meeting.  The annual meeting will be held during our fun ride on October 27th at Mountain Road.  Fun ride to start @ 10:00 am, will break for pizza and meeting @ 12:30 pm.  Riding will resume following meeting.  Feedback dictates gate trials, details to be posted later.
