Planning on showing up the Thursday before the event (3 days to finish the set up).  May be able to sneak up the Saturday before easter for a one day helping hand.

I was working on trial past 2 days  have  5 to 6 sections done for wach class (maybe 3  for youth)  If I go this weekend before Easter and have  any help it will be all done  and Kevin would have to just chill and ride  ,I am trying to leave at least 3 areas open for  him to use  of course we could go with 10 to 12 sections rather than 8  .  Still dont know about the neighbors land  ,they are hard to contact plus the insurance co. they use for farm wants to see the current ins we are using and that is not finalized yet.  Would the people that had thought they wanted to head up the 6th 0r 7th let me know how up for it you are  , I suppose if we  get a few more set then we more or less can spend some time practice riding, or help throw patio door in the cabin/ There will still be  a good amount of area un ribboned.

I thought I was going to be able to sneak out this Friday and get up there but I don't think that's going to happen. We will for sure be there Saturday the 14th to help. Sorry I couldn't make it work for the 6th.

No problem I am 1/2 done with 10 hours of actual course setting so far .  Leaving 3 spots for K Hub to layout  and  can look over what I have  done , some are huge National wide  sections he can maybe add or subtract some turns and things to m,ake them more fun.

Keith and I are still available and planning on being there the 7th. But we have never helped with set up so all we can offer is grunt work if you still want to set up that day.

I have next week Thursday and Friday off.  Will be able to finalize the lower class sections and do any other finish up tasks like raking and the loop as needed.  Was going to drive up Wed evening, but since you are mostly ready, may wait until Thursday morning.
