Year End Gate Trial Deceased
Jim Pres V is having the year end meeting After the BRF 2 day 2 x points 2 district points payer extravaganzsa SO the annual Halloween Gate Trial is dead ---Unless we just do it anyhow --as a non sanctioned event it could just be run if people are still in the riding mood., I wonder if mid month may be less chance of crap weather and w/o needing to end for a meeting we may be able to run a mid morning training session for early arrivals. Any input on which weekend may bring riders please post. If I find the boys are gone certain weekends I can post that as well,

Re: Year End Gate Trial Deceased
just so you all understand my reason for having the meeting at Black river falls ,,,, I figure that there will be more people at the ride and the chance of having MORE input for our club voting! We are voting for officers, and we really need people to step and help out!!!!!!! ( we realy need a secretary ) WE need more people to step up and help out more a setting up events.... there are alot of us showing up at events to ride but not alot showing up to help set it up!!!!! people this club has come along way in the past couple of years, we have added more events, we have increased our finaces, bettered our self insurance wise, we have trophys at every event!!!!!!!!!! we have done alot better and I would like to see it get even better yet ! but it will take everyone to help out to make that happen!!! I would hate to see this club go down hill or stop being a club all together because no one wants to help out and keep things going! we need people that want to be part of this club and help out! step up and help out keeping this going, we need people that are going to be active in out club and officers that have input and are willing to be that to get things done. just saying, and we all need to think about keeping it going! become a part of what you love doing! you will find it alot more fun once you learn about all of it,,, setting it up will teach you more too.

Maybe I'm missing something here... But, wouldn't decreasing the number of events also decrease the workload of those setting up the events?

No races that weekend, so Mason and I will be there. Is camping a possibility?

how about the 29th? We have the KMSR dual sport ride this weekend and then the Bucky the weekend after that. We could make the 29th. After that I'm in Asia for a couple of weeks.
