Dickeyville Trial on Saturday, August 18, 2007

Directions (complements of our friends at NITRO):

Held at the Vince Loeffelholz farm near Dickeyville, Wi

Champ/Expert may begin at 11:30 all others at noon

Pits are at the usual place, Pete Neis farm ( Vinnys’ neighbor)

Free camping is available there-toilet and a water hydrant-

To get there:

From Platteville:

-          approx. 8 miles south on hwy 151

-          Left turn on Clay hollow Rd go approx 2 miles

-          Right turn on Morgan Rd go approx ½ mile

-          Right turn on McAdam Rd go approx 1 mile to pit area

 

From Dubuque:

-          go through Dickeyville on hwy 151 travel north approx 3 miles to Clay Hollow Rd

-          Right turn on Clay hollow Rd go approx 2 miles

-          Right turn on Morgan Rd go approx ½ mile

-          Right turn on McAdam Rd go approx 1 mile to pit area

 

From Cuba City:

-          Go west on cty H approx 6 miles

-          Slide right on cty HH towards Dickeyville go ½ mile

-          Turn right on Morgan Rd.  go approx 2 miles

-          Left turn on McAdam Rd go approx 1 mile to pit area

My "directions to all 2007 events" google maps collection is still available

But the aerial views in Google maps suck (bad resolution when zoomed in), so I made a special collection for just this weekend in maps.live.  Click Here.

Sorry I can't be there.  I'll be dropping the trophies off at Noel's tonight.  That way, if you guys don't like them, you can just blame me since I won't be there to defend myself.  Tongue

Have fun - wish I could be there, but our vacation plans changed at the last minute.
