1st     off   I think it was  a fantastic fun day for  a nice size crowd ; riders  were  outnumbered by spectators  ,but 30  riders  was  great turnout.   thank you all,  I want to thank Phil and Pat for doing the setup work ,sections were quite suitable and fun to rip. If any one  has video  of Bull Winkler  ripping the old IT 250 around the EX track with his permagrin let me know, (SA3) material.   Crash of the day was obviously Max  G   with the groin smash in the Matrix    again video footage would be great.  I have somewaht given up thoughts of setting events here in the outdoor stadium in favor of the vertical world at Carpenter Rd , but  would hate to see the Gate trial die  so maybe the Sept  final WOTA round  on One  of those 2 days  we can do   a Gate Trial ,   Or we could still keep the year end thing in Elkhorn if that is what people prefer actually.  I have  been thinking  if we stay with the Ahvala rules  we could even the scores  a bit by awarding different  start points to different class riders    say   Youth/ Novice get 40  Int=30 Adv=20 Exp=10 Champ 0  or -10  and Champ are allowed  none  or maybe 1 dab with deduction.  that way the points  would be  handicapped and much closer.  Then prize choices may go to individuals vs winning team first .   If you havent put your bike away for the winter call us  and come out to play ride or take  a training lesson  .

It was a great time ,and i did like the Ahval format.....your suggestion of a handicap set up is a good idea

Section layout was VEERRRYYY  good......big stuff.....but INVITING.....thanks Phil and Pat.....I saw guys trying stuff 1-2 levels above there class.....and making it.....I also like the idea of the different level riders RIDING TOGETHER......keep the gate trials
