Just in case input from others is desired....

August 15-16 - Just keep it where it is.  Originally selected date, but the prior weekend (necessarily the Dickeyville setup weekend) is Lena and volunteers to set up will be hard to come by.

August 22-23 - No known conflicts

August 29-30 - No known conflicts

A late addition to the Dist. 17 schudle is the Aug. 30 event in Ottawa Il.   This event is put on by the Variety Riders.....thus  my vote for Dickeyville weekend to be held on the 22-23....Ralph

I spoke with Marl Doll this week and he stated that it is too much of a hassle to change the date, as we have already gotten permissions from multipe people, reserved the pavillion, and of course there is the AMA stuff.
My suggestion is to keep it on the date that we have sanctioned and not pay D-16 points at Lena this year.
We may also have a Minnesota Trials added to the D-16 events schedule this year.
We will discuss the worker issues at the February WOTA meeting.

I locked voting on the poll since a decision has been made to keep it on August 15-16 weekend.
