Wood cutting at Mentes

For those who can join us on October 26, we will be helping the Mentes family cut wood. Judy will provide a hot meal of stew and biscuits. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to call me at home, 319-624-2003 or my cell 319-330-8016.

My target time for Saturday is noon. I will be ready to work. The saw is sharp and ready to go. See all you lovely folks Saturday.

My ETA is noon also on Saturday. I've got a long drive too. We all do what we can. Just hope I make it in time for dinner.

A GREAT THANK YOU!!! to all that showed at the farm today!! Ralph Littlefield and Jeff Franklin& Maria came from Ill. Brian Munson came from ? Wis. Kevin and Shari Huber came from Iowa, Scott came the great white north! (well close) Andy Hackett, Ken Koch and JimV came from Baraboo wis, Dave and Keith came from Sunpraire Wis Jeremy Voigtlander came from Berlin Wis. we had friends Monte, Doug, Dave, came to help (all from wis) and Judy, john, and jim Mente. I think I got everyone, If I missed anyone forgive me I am tired from all the cutting, just a note to all that came! Jim Mente Said he was greatfull and very happy to see all that we got done! he is thankfull to have all the help cutting wood! he said thanks to you all!
