Hey Jim  ,Pat is now riding again after the 3  1/2 week break he seems to have gotten relief from the pain   .  We  went to the TTC  and rode the indoor ,Pat  got 3 rd  because  he spun just enough on a big gap launch to not land where he neede and 5  vd  a section wheras Will  cleaned the loop and Cody had  a 1   so Will anbd Cody  were head to head in the final 2 races where the big  4 stroke  Sherco ruled  and Cody came up  the winner.  Then Sunday Pat  hyperextended  the right knee so we came home 3 days early  but  he seems to be pretty good now.    We are trying to decide on the rest of the WTC  ,with Pat turning 18  this month he can get off the measly 125  and ride the fun stuff with Wigg  and the group in blue   JR lines/?

great news to hear. He seemed a bit dejected lately which was understandable.
Junior class, yes! I've always admired his eagerness to get to the top. He'll meet up with Jack again later.

I agree, Junior is fine.  It doesn't really matter what class he rides in this year, or even what his results are.  What's important is that he spends as much time in in Europe as he can, so that he's more comfortable being there.  And if he can start learning some other languages, especially Spanish i would think, all the better.

I've changed my tune. I've come to grips with the fact Pat and the 125 don't mix anymore. While the experiment proved to the world Pat's no fluke at the world level, it's time to move on and take the next giant step.

Pat has the heart of a champion and now can get back to having fun on a bike size he feels best at competing on.

Go, Pat, Go!
