Title: Mauston insights and set up scheduling Post by: northernnorm on September 01, 2017, 03:53:28 PM Last real trial of season taking shape nicely. Roman=(new guy yet to ride an event but ionto 4 stroking up steep spaces) has been helping me finishing up a deck space and clearing some fallen trees SO FAR no tape or plates up but that needs to change soon. No later than September 16th the stakes need to start being pounded. I am very much hoping for a good number of helpers. I do plan to shorten things up substantially mostly because it takes a LONG time to walk the routes ,not really too long of ride times ,but still there is talk of rotational scoring may be needed if we get 50, 60 or more riders!!! Depends a lot on the weather and how many people are lost at college or something. There may be a few more Champ Ramps built for spectating pleasure . Still asking any musicians to bring along the musical tool of choice and ifd anyone would have a beater road or dirt bike we could launch it would be sweet

Title: Re: Mauston insights and set up scheduling Post by: northernnorm on September 20, 2017, 10:55:15 AM even though everyone should be in top form from riding hard all year we are dropping difficulty substantially shorter and less dangerous stuff , partly to save observation walking time and assuming traction may be questionable due to a very dry period after the great floods cheers

Title: Re: Mauston insights and set up scheduling Post by: northernnorm on September 26, 2017, 04:57:04 PM have 13 sections concocted they are less violent than normal as ground is dust . If Kevin builds 3 more there will be few spots to practice unless I take you on a small trespass journey . . plan on spinning in powder but having less points than a full blown Big is better style event.
