Title: Who all has woods bikes /moving into enduro stuff at Mauston Post by: northernnorm on May 09, 2015, 07:46:09 AM I just bought Frank Caballero s 14 Husky 310. was out on new land riding some of the Advanced climbs of sections 10/11/12 and will be working on developing a mile or 2 of hard endure type course. I am wanting to open up land by appointment to big bikes, it will be some what limited as to not tear it all up too much but a set course laid out and stuck to is a goal. SO contact me if you want to get out and mess around . I may try to contact Chris of CMJ and Speed Pete to see if there is a potential to sanction some sort of hard endure/Tenn Knock out style or maybe an A and B version of extreme enduro. Or it may just be a renegade get together possibly held around the week of Phil/Sarah wedding- ( Aug 9 ) I think he will be having some high profile EX riders hanging around ??? Cheers., Noel

Title: Re: Who all has woods bikes /moving into enduro stuff at Mauston Post by: northernnorm on May 10, 2015, 06:23:53 PM probably run an a or aa loop and a b loop same general route with red hero branches for experts.Hope to get up there the 24 th with Speedy Pete to see what he thinks Also format could be 2 separate shortish --20 to 30 minutes motos with a trials bike wave after MX EX bikes - So it would be 4 total races.4 different classes. Included would be a 1 hour course inspection the day before to help decide which line to run. Also I hope to do a test run -ride the loop with helmet cam and figure out to post it that should stir some excitement.

I didn't think Penton came out with the Jackpiner until 71 or so? Title: Re: Who all has woods bikes /moving into enduro stuff at Mauston Post by: 2whlrcr on May 14, 2015, 02:45:16 PM I'm all over this. My "trail" goes through some of the trials sections. Speedy has been here and think he liked the tougher than usual trail.
Title: Re: Who all has woods bikes /moving into enduro stuff at Mauston Post by: northernnorm on May 18, 2015, 07:34:53 AM I missed my opportunity to bring up the topic of a woods bike gathering next Sunday . Because after the trial- Pat .Paul and I were out riding the walls of fun for a half hour and when back in pits most everyone had left. Anyway the 24th I am 90 % sure I will be in Mauston laying out and riding in a woods loop , would like some other riders to come and do some damage as well. I know Jake and probably Wayne have bikes or interest not sure who else ,Ive invited Speedy Pete and the Caballeros , Let me know 2623253554
