The statewide District 16 organization handles the state licensing.. Unless you have a lifetime membership (which I should have gotten 15 years ago when they were only $300...) then you have to renew your AMA membership annually. Then, to get points in WOTA you need to be a member of the District 16 organization. That's an annual renewal. (Or if you ride NITRO you can join d17...) It's a confusing topic..
